New self-serve accounts build landing pages in the AI Hybrid Builder, with no option to switch to Classic Builder or Smart Builder. If you're working with our sales team, they can talk you through your options.

Your account stays on your current builder for now. We'll share plans for moving existing accounts when they're ready. To try the AI Hybrid Builder in the meantime, start a trial with a different email address. Pages can't be moved between that trial and your existing account.

There's no setting to turn off Unbounce AI. You can build entirely by hand, and editing by hand never uses AI credits. See How AI credits work.

You can keep editing your page by hand while the assistant is unavailable. If a response is interrupted, the assistant lets you try again.

Yes. Click the </> icon in the top toolbar to open the code editor. See Edit your page with AI or on your own.

Yes. Click the undo arrow in the top toolbar, or click your page and press Command+Z (Ctrl+Z on Windows). This works for changes Unbounce AI made too. See Edit your page with AI or on your own.

Not yet. Your work saves automatically, but there's no version history. Use undo for recent changes.

They can, but the last save wins. Changes aren't merged, so coordinate before editing a shared page.

Yes. You can connect an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT to Unbounce with the Unbounce MCP server and work on your AI Hybrid Builder pages from there. Pages the MCP builds stay editable in the builder, and a few things, like adding variants, are still done in the builder. See The Unbounce MCP Server.
