Unbounce AI helps you build landing pages faster. This article covers what to keep in mind when you use it.

You're working with AI

When you describe a page or chat in the AI landing page assistant, you're working with Unbounce AI, not a person. The chat panel reminds you of this with a note under every conversation: "The AI can make mistakes. Check important info."

Review before you publish

AI-generated copy can be inaccurate or out of date. Check any factual claim, like prices, dates, names, and statistics, before your page goes live. You're responsible for what you publish. See Create a page with Unbounce AI.

Use AI features for marketing pages

Unbounce AI is for building marketing landing pages. Don't use it for recruitment or candidate screening, credit decisions, insurance pricing, deciding who can access essential services or benefits, or anything that requires a Business Associate Agreement.

When you may need to label AI content

Ordinary marketing pages don't need an "AI generated" label.

If your page informs the public on a matter of public interest, like health, consumer safety, sustainability, finance, or politics, EU law may require you to label it as AI-generated. That doesn't apply if a person with named editorial responsibility has reviewed and fact-checked the content.

Images and video from other AI tools

If you add images or video made with other AI tools that show real people, places, or events, labeling them where the law requires is your responsibility.

Your visitors and your local rules

Unbounce provides the tool. Your visitors' data, your advertising claims, and the laws that apply to your business and your market are your responsibility.

What Unbounce AI won't create

Unbounce AI follows content guidelines and will decline some requests. When it does, you'll see a message saying it can't generate content for that request. If you think a request was declined by mistake, contact Support.
