Deleting Your Leads

Warning

Deleting leads in Unbounce is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. Deleted leads are permanently deleted from Unbounce's database and cannot be recovered after the fact.

This article will explain how to delete leads from Unbounce. At this time, only Account Owners can delete leads from Unbounce.

Deleting Individual Leads From a Page

Individual leads can be deleted from a page via the Leads table. 

You can delete multiple leads at a time by checking the box to the left on more than one lead:

After clicking the delete button in the top right corner, a modal will display asking you to confirm the deletion of the selected lead(s).

Please be aware that it's irreversible once the lead deletion is confirmed.

Deleted leads are permanently removed from Unbounce's database and cannot be recovered.

Mass Deleting Leads/Deleting All Leads From the Same Email

You will need to contact our support team if you need to delete a vast amount of leads from varying pages. 

You can have leads deleted for specific pages, clients, or a date range by using one of the template options included below.

Each template is a little different based on your specific needs. Please review these thoroughly before choosing the appropriate template for your request.

Note

Before permanently deleting your lead data, the Support team must verify ownership of the Unbounce account. Please send this information from an email address associated with the account (the email that has been invited as a User or the Account Owner's email).

When submitting a lead deletion request to Support, please also provide the following information:

  1. Either the last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, or
    your PayPal Billing Agreement Number (BAN), which can be found in your PayPal account (check out Confirming PayPal Account Ownership on how to find the Billing Agreement Number), and,
  2. The account billing address.

Use this template to delete ALL leads submitted within a Client/Sub-Account:
