You and your teams may want to enable a proxy or reverse proxy with your domains in Unbounce to protect against cyber-attacks, improve page performance, speed, and reliability, SSL encryption, etc.
However, Unbounce does not support or recommend using proxies or any CDN services when connecting a domain.
A proxy server enabled will prevent your Unbounce pages from loading and working altogether.
If you currently have a proxy set up, please disable it and connect your domain through a different method.
What should you do if you're using a proxy/reverse proxy?
Please add your domain in Unbounce via the following methods:
- A CNAME record or,
- Connect using a WordPress domain
If you have any questions about proxies and Unbounce, please contact our Support team.
