Write, rewrite, or expand content or copy with a click of a button with any of Smart Copy's Everyday Tools:

Smart Copy Writer Feature

The Writer feature is Smart Copy's long-form writing canvas with no character limits. It allows you to work on and edit content directly in the app, save it, and return to it at your convenience.

Smart Copy Content Expander

The Content Expander automatically generates additional content for you. Input any pre-written text as a starting point, and the Content Expander will help you write the following sentence or paragraph.

  1. From the Smart Copy Templates page, click the Content Expander. The Prompt page will appear.
  2. Type in the Topic and Summary relating to your content:
    Two text fields: one to input a Topic, and another to input a Summary.
  3. Scroll down the page, and update your Profile or profile details:

    Optional: Scroll down to the Fine-tune feature to adjust the content's length or tone. Be sure to toggle the enable button on right to toggle this feature. Radio buttons to help you fine-tune copy suggestions, such as the content length or tone.
  4. When you've updated the Topic, Summary, or Profile, click Write For Me.
  5. A new page will appear with a list of copy recommendations for you to choose from:

And that's it! Scroll down to see more content recommendations from the list.

If you'd like Smart Copy to curate even more suggestions, click the Write More button at the top. 

Smart Copy Remix

Quickly refresh and repurpose content; the Remix tool takes existing content and generates new versions of the same content with different variations.

  1. From the Smart Copy Templates page, click the Remix button. The Prompt page will appear.
  2. In the field, type in the copy that you'd like Smart Copy to remix:
    One text fields to input the content you wish to remix.
  3. Scroll down the page, and update your Profile or profile details:

Smart Copy Tone Changer

Are you looking to change how your copy sounds to appeal to your audiences more? Smart Copy's Tone Changer helps you rephrase and restate your content; same message, but different delivery. 

  1. From the Smart Copy Templates page, click the Tone Changer button. The Prompt page will appear.
  2. In the field, type in the copy that you'd like to update the tone for:
    One text fields to input the content you wish to update the tone for.
  3. Scroll down the page, and update your Profile or profile details:

Saving, Copying, or Sharing Content

Once you land on the page with copy recommendations, click on the icons to complete the following actions:

Share: A popup will appear with the different embed options, or methods of sharing via email, a link share, and more.

Copy to clipboard: Copy the generated content directly to your clipboard, and paste it to other websites.

Save and Edit: Save content to access it later! You can access all previously saved content within the Saved tab on the left-hand side navbar of Smart Copy.
