Working with Image Resolution and Retina Definition

Retina images allow you to customize your landing page according to the viewer’s device specifications. If the customer has a better screen able to load higher resolution images, the retina image will trigger to show the best quality image to the customer.

To check your image resolution settings, click the image in the builder, and then find the Image Resolution section under the Properties tab on the right-hand side of the page.

The resolution will be displayed according to the following three resolution tiers (in ascending order of quality):

  • 1x: Standard Definition.
  • 2x: Retina Definition.
  • 3x: High(er) Retina Definition.

Pro Tip

If your image isn't crisp or showing the 3x checkmark in the Builder, try uploading a version of the image with larger dimensions.
