Our Support team can help transfer landing pages from one Unbounce account to another so that you can retain the stats relating to visitors, views, and conversion statistics for that page and its variants.
The quickest and most effective way to move pages from one account to another is through a domain transfer.
When transferring a domain from one account to another, the corresponding pages transfer along with the domain.
Pro-tip:
If you only have a small number of pages to transfer to another Unbounce account and maintaining statistics on the pages isn't a factor, you can download the pages and upload them to the other account. Our team can help schedule a domain transfer once we receive permission from the account owners of both parties.
Here’s what our Support team will need to facilitate the transfer; please use this request form to send us this information while logged into your account:
- Confirmation from the owner of the current Unbounce account granting permission to move the domain, and
- Confirmation from the owner of the new Unbounce account granting permission to receive the domain, and, which Client our Support teams should add the domain to.
The steps to set up a domain transfer are as follows:
- Copy and paste the appropriate template below when submitting the request to our Support team.
- Once you submit the request form, we will email a support ticket to you.
- CC the Unbounce account owner who is receiving/giving the domain, so they can also send back similar permissions.
Note:
You must be logged into your Unbounce account to CC other users into our Support team request form.

Once you've submitted the request to our Support team, be sure to CC the email address of the account that's releasing the domain in the support ticket email.
Because there can be a brief period of downtime during the transfer, our team will need to schedule a time for the migration. This way, you can pause any ad campaigns.
The move itself should only take 10-15 minutes.
