How to Add a Link to Checkbox Text on a Form

Follow

You can link part of a checkbox label to another page, for example to link "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" to your terms page. There are two ways to do it, depending on whether you need the submitted value to stay clean.

Option 1. Add the link in Checkbox Choices

Open the checkbox field's settings and paste a standard link into the Checkbox Choices field:

<a href="https://example.com/terms" target="_blank">Terms and Conditions</a>

This is the quickest method. The full field value, including the link markup, is what gets submitted and stored, rather than a plain consent value. Keep that in mind when you review or export leads.

Option 2. Hide the label and add a separate text element

To keep the submitted value simple, hide the checkbox's built-in label, then drag a new text element from the left panel into its place. You can style and link that text element like any other text on the page.

With this approach the checkbox submits a plain yes or no, since the link lives in a separate element rather than in the field itself.
