Got Infusionsoft? Follow the instructions below and you can send your new Unbounce leads over to Infusionsoft.
What You’ll Need:
- An active Infusionsoft account,
- Your Infusionsoft App Name,
- Your Infusionsoft Legacy API key ,
- To get your Infusionsoft API Key please follow the instructions:

- A published Infusionsoft campaign with appropriate tags configured,
- A paid Unbounce account, and
- An Unbounce landing page with a form that has an email field.
When in your Infusionsoft account, be sure to select the option to Generate Legacy Key. Though a Service account key works the same as a Legacy Key, you can only use one at a time.
For this integration setup, we recommend creating a Legacy Key.
Setting Up Your Campaign in Infusionsoft
Our integration with Infusionsoft works by sending new leads to Infusionsoft and marking them with whatever tags you specify; this allows you to set up campaign actions or goals that are triggered when a particular tag is applied.

Setting Up Your Integration in Unbounce
- Log in to Unbounce.
- Navigate the Page Overview of the landing page you wish to integrate with Infusionsoft.
- Click the Integration tab.
- Click Infusionsoft toward the bottom of the page under 3rd party integrations.
- Input your Infusionsoft App Name and your Infusionsoft API Key then click Authenticate with Infusionsoft.
- Infusionsoft uses a tracking script that is inserted into your Unbounce page, as a result you need to re-publish your page after integrating with Infusionsoft.
- Wait for Unbounce to authenticate with Infusionsoft.
- Select the Infusionsoft Tag you wish to use with your Unbounce page.
- Configure your field mapping and click Complete to finish the integration.
- Be sure to Republish your page.
That's it, you're all set! All new leads will now be sent over to your Infusionsoft account.

If you need to make changes to your Infusionsoft tags, you must do so in Infusionsoft, then redo the integration with Unbounce.
To remove and setup the integration again,
- Navigate to the Integration tab.
- Click on the Infusionsoft integration, and click the button to Remove Integration.

- Once removed, re-add the integration.
- You won't need to alter any of the integration information at the account level, only for the selected page.

Troubleshooting
How can I update existing contacts?
We use Infusionsoft's API to check for existing contacts. If a lead being passed through contains an existing Infusionsoft contacts email address, their existing contact record will be updated instead of being created as a new contact.
Infusionsoft is blocking Unbounce (Integration is 'invalid'). What IP address does the Unbounce integration use?
If you are excluding API access by IP addresses on your Infusionsoft account you'll need to add Unbounce to your 'Allow IP List' in your API settings. Our integration uses the following IP addresses:
- 54.241.34.25
- 50.19.99.184
