Browsers Recommended When Building Content in the Unbounce Platform
For building your landing pages - in Classic Builder or Smart Builder - and using the Unbounce platform, we recommend the following browsers:
If our customers' overall usage of a browser version is consistently over 1% of total usage, we will continue to support that version of a browser.
Mobile Experience
At this time, attempting to edit your page in Smart Builder or Classic Builder is not available on a mobile browser.
Browsers Recommended When Viewing Pages, Popups, and Sticky Bars
For viewing your landing pages popups, and sticky bars, we recommend the following browsers:
Unbounce will fully support any browser version that makes up 2% or more of the total traffic to all Unbounce pages. There is no time cut-off for this.
For example, if 2.5% of all visits to Unbounce pages come from an older version of Chrome, we will still support it until that number drops to below 2%.
Unbounce reserves the right to change supported browsers based on the overall browser usage of all customers. To provide the most up-to-date and current functionality available, we may need to stop supporting older versions of common browsers.
Browser Not Supported
At this time, we do not recommend building or viewing pages via Internet Explorer, as you may encounter performance issues.
What Does "Fully Supported" Mean?
This means that all product features should function fully and correctly. If something is glitchy and you're using a fully supported browser, get in touch with our delightful Support team so they can investigate and address your issue!
What Does "Not Supported" Mean?
While you can use these browsers at your discretion, we can't guarantee that all product features will function fully and correctly, and you may encounter issues or technical glitches.
In this instance, we recommend that you switch to one of the fully supported browsers listed above.
