Whenever you edit or update your published landing pages, you'll have the option to republish your landing page, so the most up-to-date version appears for your visitors.
Always be sure to republish your page after you've saved page changes or added new variants to your page.
This article will explain how to republish your pages from the Page Overview, or directly within Classic Builder or Smart Builder.
Republishing your Page(s) from the Page Overview
- In the Unbounce platform, navigate to the Page Overview of the page that needs republishing.
- At the top right-hand corner, click the Republish button:
- A pop-up will appear with suggestions to double-check your page before republishing. When you're ready, click Publish Page:
Wait a few moments, and that's it; you've republished your page. The most up-to-date version will show for visitors.
Page Caching and Republishing
If someone has visited your landing page after your most recent republish, they might see the previous/older version of your landing page. This can be expected if their browser cookies cache the older version of your landing page.
Eventually, your visitors will see the updated version once their browser cookies reset. To learn more, see this article: Why Do I See the Previous Version of My Landing Page After Republishing?
Republishing a Page within Smart Builder
There is no explicit Republish button in Smart Builder at this time.
After you save the changes to your page, the Publish button will appear at the top of Smart Builder; this button will publish the most recent page changes:
Pro Tip:
If you want to republish your Smart Builder pages in bulk, we recommend unpublishing and then publishing your pages using the bulk actions feature.
Republishing a Page within Classic Builder
You can republish your page changes directly in the Classic Builder.
If you make changes to your page, be sure to save them, and click the Republish button again, so the most up-to-date version of your page appears for your visitors:
Bulk Republishing Your Pages
We recommend using the bulk actions feature to republish several pages at a time.
See the documentation to learn more: Republishing your Pages in Bulk.
